One of the most popular is using BrandGuard to speed up the approval process and better enforce brand consistency in partner relationships.
A common setup looks like this - a franchisor has some brand guidelines and a general brand style that they want franchisees to follow. Franchisees are often small business owners, and are busy. They often don’t have the budget to make great creative for marketing channels like search and social. But they often need (or want) to tweak the marketing assets provided by the franchisor.
The frustration of the franchisee is that approval takes time, and they are already overworked and doing many things right up against a deadline. The frustration of the franchisor is that this tight time frame often prevents brand consistency because they have very short time frames to turn around approvals.
With BrandGuard, the solution to this problem can be automated. The franchisor simply uploads the brand guidelines and some samples of on-brand content. Then the franchisee can upload new content to BrandGuard for automatic approval, disapproval, or occasionally to be flagged for human review. It saves time for both parties and increases brand consistency for the franchisor.
